Engagement: The Buyer agrees to engage the band Hurry Up Wait to provide live music entertainment for the event above.

Payment Terms: The full performance fee is due on or before the date of the event. If the Buyer cancels within 30 days of the event, the full fee remains due.

Weather Contingency (outdoor events): Buyer must provide weather backup (e.g. tent/pavilion). If weather prevents performance and no backup is provided, full payment is still required.

Performance Conditions: Buyer agrees to provide electrical access and a safe, secure performance area.
